iPad Mini comes in three versions with 16 GB, 32GB or 64GB free space. As usual, two color versions are available. Like any other iPad model, iPad Mini can be bought with Wi-Fi + 3G support or with Wi-Fi only.

That's how you can prepare a movie for watching on iPad Mini. First if all, update the Freemake app on your PC.  If you don't have it at all, download the latest version from the official website. Please note that we are not responsible for the freeware versions found on the 3d party pages.

  • Install the software on a Windows-based computer. The Server OS is not supported.
  • The app will automatically start when the installation finishes.
  • Now add the visuals you would like to enjoy on your new iPad Mini.
  • You may add several files at one. They might be of different size, extension or resolution. In case your media comes with several voice tracks, select the necessary one for each file. If you need, you can also slightly edit your clips in a built-in editor.
  • Now found a green "to Apple" bubble and click it.

  • Click the drop-down menu and choose an iPad Mini from the list.
  • Now select where you want to save the file. The tool can automatically add your new files right to iTunes media library so you won't need to do it manually.
  • Click the "Convert" button to encode your media for iPad Mini.
  • When the clips are ready, take your gadget and connect it to your PC. Run iTunes and sync it with your device.
  • Tap the Video app on iPad to check whether the new movies are there.

As for the Android, follow all the steps described above, but select "to Android" bubble on the formats bar. Click the drop-down menu and select your device or quality from the list. If you don't know the exact settings, try to Google for them. You are sure to find this info on the official manufacturer website. It should include the supported codecs, resolution, and extensions.

When you are done, select the preset and transcode the media in a usual manner. Then connect your Android device to a computer and transfer the new clips onto it.
